Dear Committee Members,
I wanted to drop a note to thank the Chairs and Party leaders whom have canceled their events in light of the Coronavirus, and to commend all of you for the leadership you have exhibited in your sharing of information with each other and our communities regarding this situation.
It is truly in all of our best interests as a society to follow the directives of the CDC and our leaders in order to mitigate the spread of this virus.
It is in consideration of those directives that any committees which are still planning events in the upcoming weeks should cancel any such events until such time that it is deemed safe to hold such gatherings.
Also, in consideration of this pandemic, many Democrats that we represent have been asking about how to obtain a mail in ballot/absentee ballot.
As you know, Mail-in Ballots allow voters to receive a ballot, (primary and general election), vote, and return their vote without ever leaving home. Please invite those who may be asking you in your roles as committee people about this option to visit:
Also, for more information, call 1-877-VotesPA (1-877-868-3772), or contact your county board of elections.
As we all saw from last night’s debate, whichever candidate ultimately becomes our nominee, we are moving closer, every day, to selecting a nominee who will be a leader instead of an international embarrassment and one who will keep us safe instead of risking our health and well-being for personal benefit.
Thank you for all of your great work. We will all come through this stronger than ever.
