Notice for Letters of Intent
Due to the recent resignation of Jake Wheatley (Chief of Staff, Office of the Mayor) as State Representative of the 19th District and the short timeline given to us. The Allegheny County Democratic Committee will be holding a Special Election Vote for the Nomination Recommendation for the remaining term of the 19th Legislative District on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Location to be announced.
Candidates wishing to seek the Recommendation of the Committee must file their letters of intent and filing fee at headquarters no later than Monday, February 7, 2022, by 4:00 pm.
Candidates are asked to include all relevant contact information – including name, address, phone number, and email address – in their letter of intent.
